For assistance in choosing the service best suited for you, call or email our salon or spa specialists for recommendations and bookings. Please call! ahead for the best accommodations.

Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your service, we may have to reduce the treatment time in order to finish on time for the next guest. In order to enhance your salon/spa experience, please silence your pagers and cell phones before entering.

Children
Your child's safety is our utmost concern. Salons contain chemicals and equipment that can be dangerous to small children. For their protection, children are welcome during their own appointment.

Gratuities
The price of your treatment does not include gratuity. If your experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn't), It is customary to tip your Service Provider.

Tuesdays and Saturdays, 9am-6pm
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9am-6pm    8pm by appointment
Sundays and Mondays by reservation through the Special Events Coordinator.
Closed Tuesdays for our advanced, continuing education classes.

If you cancel less than 48 hours, your account will be charged 50% of the appointment bill, less than 24 hours, 75%, no show 100%. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY We guarantee all of our services and products as long as you are following our professional recommendations. If you are not satisfied, please call within 7 days of your service or purchase to insure full exchange.
